Meet Numa

We believe it needs to be super easy for dealerships to communicate with their customers.

Based in Oakland

Right off 12th St Bart—We want our team to love (and have easy access to) their work location, so we picked the most charming part of Oakland: Old Oakland.

Friday Farmers Market, live seafood from Chinatown, Swan’s market, Blue Bottle HQ and cafe, and artisanal shops make the Old Oakland neighborhood a fantastic place to work.

Curiosity + Challenge

The way we're communicating is changing. It's hard to tell sometimes if you're talking with AI or a real person. This is only going to become more common.

We're using a unique combination of NLP, human psychology, and Generative AI to invent new ways for dealerships to communicate with customers.

Customer First

We build product to solve problems for people. We're super focused on building a team with creative energy fueled by working with customers.

While everyone isn't used to meeting customers, everyone at Numa does. You won't be alone as the team uses our customers' challenges and goals as the fuel for what problem to solve next.
